A developer that received approval from Voorhees Township to convert an eight-story office building into senior apartments will return to the zoning board next Thursday to propose additional changes to the project.
Pinnacle Luxury Residences LLC of New Hope, Pennsylvania, was approved by the Zoning Board of Adjustment in February for the first phase of converting the nearly-vacant 185,000-square-foot office building, located across from Boscov’s and the Voorhees Town Center, into senior apartments. Pinnacle is scheduled to appear before the zoning board again next Thursday to discuss project variations. The meeting will begin with a 6:45 p.m. caucus followed by a 7 p.m. session at the Voorhees Town Center.
