The Voorhees Township zoning board approved a proposal to transform an eight-story office building near Voorhees Town Center into 96 senior apartments on Thursday evening. Pinnacle Luxury Residences LLC, based in New Hope, Pennsylvania, plans to submit the second phase of the project to the board within the next 45 days, as announced by the Township.
